The entrapment/crush simulation tool allows the user to experience performing a high-risk task on a material conveyor belt system. It allows the user to select and learn the appropriate critical controls for performing the activity, minimizing the possibility of an accident or incident. It also contains an exercise for identifying safe and unsafe work areas through observation.
We are based on the postulate of “learning by doing”, with the advantage of being able to digitally capture the worker’s performance during the immersive experience, for later analysis and reporting. This “performance” capture allows us to obtain the necessary data to make strategic decisions, as well as being able to predict potential accidents and incidents or identify areas for improvement.
